God crowns the year with his godness

If God really cares
about our failures and fears
if He really can mend
and make broken hearts bend 

Then how could we reject

the one who cares and protects

in good times, and in war
all the rich and all the poor

He won't let us down
this year He will crown
so we can walk in the light
and in Jesus name we can fight

Listen, sons and daughters
God is forever our fortress
